Happy Valentine's Day Mr. President

My favorite sight on Valentine's Day?

Hands down, the highschool skateboarder I passed during my morning run. He was holding an enormous bouquet of roses wrapped in cellophane and, I could tell, skateboarding more carefully than usual.

It made me smile. And say did the cards and love from the kiddos. Now I have two new handmade Valentine's Day cards to add to my seasonal wall 'o Valentines.

Sadly, my sweetheart was all the way on the other side of the country yesterday. Happily, there's FaceTime.

And my reference to the President in this post's title?

I'm sure I've mentioned my enduring crush on President Clinton somewhere before on this blog. He's my One Direction and I'm more than happy to claim the title of groupie!

Which is why I won't be here on President's Day.

I'll be way too busy contemplating one particular and still dreamy at the age of 66, ex-President (or possibly, sshhh, don't tell Bill) catching up on errands and maybe even seeing a movie with my two little funny Valentine's and my big serious one.

Since I'll be gone, I'll leave you with some eye candy. For most people it's cabana boys or hollywood starlets, but for me it's President Clinton and his amazing mind.

Enjoy the weekend and I'll see you on Wednesday.

The image in my mind of the skater boy is very cute. My son bought me a flower :) Clinton is the coolest. He worked harder than any other president, for sure. Too bad we couldn't keep him.

Lol... you and me can have many hours of discussion :)

I have a "memory shelf" in our house and in the middle sits President George W. Bush's framed picture.

You see, Clinton was president when I came to America in 1996, but Bush was my "first" when
I became a naturalized citizen in 2003:)

But it's OK to disagree, right :)

Oh Johanna, you are killing me with the crush on Clinton. I've heard about a lot of odd crushes before, (like my one friend who lurves her some Conan O'Brien, ack) so, I guess I'll give you on a pass on Bill. :)

And I think everyone on the blog-o-sphere knows my intentions towards Hugh Jackman, are not entirely honorable. LOL

Am I hearing shades of breathy Marilyn Monroe with this? Oh wait, she was saying Happy Birthday...Well, he is certainly charming and for sure he has a sharp mind. Despite his bad boy image, I've always liked the warmth and charm he projects.

I guess it's time to mention my fascination with Jason Momoa. Fine piece of real estate. :-)

Thanks Alex, I hate to share. ;)

Shell, what a sweet son you have!

Mark, I will discuss Bill Clinton with you as long as you want and still be your friend even if we disagree. :) to google Jason Momoa

Alison, (giggling) Rupert Grint. My daughter thinks he's cute too!

Connie, in every way, he's the mostest!

Ilima, I think only people with tweenage to teenage kids got that reference!

Hehehe. Hey, want to know something? People tell my husband he looks like Bill Clinton all the time - he even got his picture taken with him once. I find the whole thing hilarious, but I shouldn't laugh since my presidential crush is waaaaay older than Billy Boy.

Interesting, the whole Lewinski thing made Bill MORE attractive to women. Hope you had a great V-Day!

Really?! Sorry, but that one I do not see! :)
Sorry you had to be apart from your honey on Valentines. Thankfully you had the kids to hang with instead. :)

I'm not a big Clinton fan as I think he set a poor example for America and its youth. And I'm not sorry to say this. See you when you get back!!!

You know... I actually get what you mean about Mr. Clinton. I actually think he's one of your more attractive former presidents. :-)
